Okuku Microfinance Bank was incorporated as private limited company in Nigeria in 1992 and commenced in April 1993 as Community Bank. It was approved in principle to function as Microfinance Bank in March, 2007 and finally secured its final license as Microfinance Bank on 31st December, 2007.
